Psychological testing methods:

HPI - Hogan Personality Inventory

The HPI provides an evaluation of a normal personality and predicts success in professional life. The HPI was primarily developed for application in personnel selection, development and career planning. It can assist in measuring and comparing of those personality characteristics that come out during the social interaction and that can be helpful, or harmful on the contrary, for professional goals achievement.

The HPI is the first of the new generation of personality inventories to be designed on the basis of professional performance research. The HPI enhances psychodiagnostics from a mere description of candidates’ personality to the prediction of their performance in particular positions.

HDS - Hogan Development Survey

The HDS assesses disposition to the dysfunctional and risk patterns of interpersonal behavior that are most often seen during times of stress and heavy work loads. These behaviors may impede our career, interpersonal relationships or satisfaction with our life and they represent the personality’s „dark side“. In work context they can disable an effective communication or team leadership, or reduce our productivity. If these behavior patterns are recognized, however, they can be compensated by development and coaching. HDS results are used especially as a basis for both individual and entire teams coaching and development.
