I established the personnel - consulting company ACTIVE Personnel Solutions, s.r.o. formally on 12th January 2008 after 14 years of experience in HR consulting. From the 1st of June 1994 until 3rd of December 2007 I was working in several positions in the personnel agency - Appel Counselling (InfoWork). It was here that I became a senior consultant as well as co-owner of an education company - Excellent Training. Due to various reasons I decided to go my own way and provide consulting services in HR (mainly in recruitment). My main focus was on providing high quality services, reflecting the current situation present in various labour markets and following the most up-to-date trends in the areas of HR, IT and labour market progressions.

At the beginning of March 2008 I began providing my first personnel services for customers from a tiny office in Regus Business Centre on Karadžičova Street. After this first successful project, I decided to increase the size of my team as well as move into a bigger office. So at the end of April 2008 I moved with 2 new colleagues into offices at BIZNISUITE Business Centre in the "Technopol" Building.

We work hard on our work procedures, and we are constantly improving our business processes. We always ensure that we use the most recent information technologies and we have a strong focus on self-development. Therefore I believe we are able to provide high quality support in an effective way to all our clients, both at a company and individual level.
