Process:
- Client profile (dismissed employee) - for each client (dismissed) we will perform deep interview and diagnostics (Hogan Assessment Systems) and afterwards we will identify areas (position) of focus when searching for a new job. Based on the previous activities, we will provide the client with a professional CV including personnel profile and consultant's assessement.
- Training programme - is a 3-day long training programme whose aim is to prepare the client for active and effective jobsearch. The client will be provided with enough information to help them understand how labour market works and how to look for a job (email, job portals such as Profesia, CV Online, Job.sk, contacting potential employers, preparation for interview/selection) and training on communication and presentation skills that are needed so much during job interviews. Last but not least, the aim of this training is also to energize and stimulate members of the group through teamwork to have active attitude to their current situation.

- Assistance in jobsearch - in the first three months since dismissal we provide our clients (dismissed employees) an assistance in jobsearch. It includes monitoring of job advertisements on job portals such as Profesia, CV Online, Job.sk and in media, help with distribution of CVs, organising meetings (interviews) with potential employees and professional consulting (before, during and after selection).
